Efficient Production and Customized Solutions for Fitness Equipment

This month, we were honored to receive an inquiry from a client in the United States regarding five types of fitness equipment components. The client had specific requirements for the manufacturing process and expected high standards for the product's surface treatment. After receiving the inquiry, we provided several surface treatment options and made recommendations based on the product characteristics.

To ensure that the client could clearly understand the effects of our treatments, we prepared samples with two different treatment methods: one was a basic deburring treatment, and the other was a spray matte finish. We sent both samples to the client for evaluation. The client was extremely satisfied with the spray matte finish and immediately placed an order for five types of products, with five pieces of each type, as sample orders.

Our company is known for its efficient production capabilities and high-quality service, so we promptly began production upon receiving the sample order and completed it within two days. The client highly praised our ability to meet their requirements in such a short time and subsequently placed an order for 500 pieces. This was a significant affirmation for us.

However, during the order process, the client raised concerns about the assembly method for the nuts. They requested a more secure assembly method, whereas we had initially used a hot melt approach. To address the client's request, we immediately held an internal meeting to discuss the nut assembly issue. After a thorough evaluation and analysis by our technical team, we decided to switch to a tapping method to enhance the security and stability of the assembly. We communicated this adjustment with the client in detail and received their confirmation.

With the client’s approval, we commenced production and ensured that we would meet the agreed delivery time of 18 days. The client expressed confidence in our production progress and indicated that they would place additional orders next month. We are deeply grateful for the client's trust and support and are pleased to have established a smooth and cooperative relationship.
