    Application

Nylon materials is commonly used in 3D Printing progress. Before 3D Printing, the parameters of the printer need to be set, including layer thickness, printing speed, temperature, etc., to ensure printing quality and success rate. After parameter setting, the prepared file is loaded into the 3D printer and the printing process is initiated. During printing, the printer stacks materials layer by layer to gradually build the desired object.

    PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES

The 3D printing allows for the creation of complex geometries that are difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional manufacturing methods. For low-volume production or one-off parts, 3D printing can be more cost-effective than traditional manufacturing processes, as it eliminates the need for expensive tooling.

    DISADVANTAGES

3D printed parts are built layer by layer, which can result in anisotropic properties and reduced mechanical strength compared to parts made through traditional manufacturing methods.
